We are looking for an experienced IT Project Lead Consultant to provide additional support for 3-6 months to manage parental leaves. The IT Project Lead will be responsible for coordinating projects and providing additional support to the technical team.

Responsibilities:

• Accountable and responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of projects; ensuring strategic business objectives are achieved.
• Manage the internal and external flow of communication by prompting responding to phone calls, emails and/or teams with project updates.
• Accomplishes results by planning, monitoring, and appraising project results; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
• Work with cross functional teams to develop, manage and track project management deliverables including schedules, scope, resource allocation plans, risks and issues, and status reporting.
• Develop and maintain a customer-focused relationship by exhibiting a high level of collaboration, timely communication and responsiveness.
• Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for projects.
• Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables and keeping organized calendar.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 7-10 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, including in-depth experience in solutions design, and delivery of solutions.
• Bachelors degree is preferred or equivalent of 10 years of experience; PMP certification(s) is a plus.
• Must have experience in MS project, ASANA or Connectwise, PMBOK and project management tools.
• Drive for results - maintains constant awareness of projects and clients; ability to troubleshoot and offer sustainable solutions.
• Strong project management skills; Ability to manage project timelines, and be a technology enthusiast.
• Must have excellent relationship building and communication skills;
• Familiar with communicating to all levels within an organization.
• Ability to work autonomously, be a self-starter, and comfortable with reporting and escalating issues early to President.
• Demonstrated ability to complete deliverables on time and within budget.
• Expert computer skills. Email, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Project
• Able to work with a team and communicate effectively.
• Able to work with ticket management system that keeps track of all job progress and daily activities.
• Able to travel locally and sometimes by airplane to visit jobsites.
• Experience with commercial construction, burglar alarm systems and security camera systems preferred.
