Job description
We are seeking a highly experienced and reliable Live-Out Full-Time Nanny/Family Assistant to join a wonderful family located in Vienna,VA starting August 12th. The primary responsibility will be caring for the youngest child during the day, while also managing household tasks and assisting with the older children's needs when they are home. The ideal candidate will be flexible, organized, and comfortable with occasional travel. The kids are 5, 7, and 18 months old. The mom is a stay at home mom and very involved in kids lives, she volunteers a lot at schools. The role may sometimes be more on the family assistant role vs. nanny role depending on the day. The ideal candidate will be open to cooking for the whole family.
Salary: $30 - $35 per hour, paid through payroll. Up to $75k/year

Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and nurturing care for the 18-month-old child during daytime hours.
- The family's ideal nanny can also assist with family assistant duties when Mom is with the children such as meal prep/planning. grocery shopping and errands, organization and light cleaning up, etc
- Assist with drop-offs and pickups for the older children who are in school full-time only while you are not supervising the child.
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as tidying up, laundry, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the home.
- Care for the family's Bernadoodle dog, including feeding, walks, and general care.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding for the children.
- Occasionally stay with the children for weekends when the parents travel, including overnight stays.
- Remain flexible and available for additional hours on weekends when needed.
- The family values teamwork and a collaborative approach to childcare and household management.
Qualifications:
- Work Days: Monday - Friday, 2 full days, 3 afternoons, with availability one weekend a month while the parents are out of town. Summer travel a possibility as well.
- Languages: English
- Experience: 5 Years of Experience
- References: Minimum of 2 References
- Background: Pass stringent background checks and drug testing upon offer of hire
- Driving: Required, car provided
- Comfortable with travel and occasional overnight stays.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
