Administer a formal 360 leadership survey assessment to up to 25 FRTIB supervisors, to assess views about such areas as interpersonal relationships, effectiveness of communication, effectiveness of processes, skills and style of leadership, or other focus areas as determined by Agency management. 2. Review collected information. Prepare an aggregate report of findings that summarizes the results for all participants. 3. Provide each participant an individual feedback report of findings. 4. In a group setting, meet with everyone who participated in 360 assessments to explain the report and recommendations for action planning using report results, including, potentially, training and development resource recommendations.
