Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional support to legal team in immigration law matters.
Assist in preparing and filing immigration court filings, applications, and supporting documentation with attention to detail and adherence to established procedures.
Appear before the immigration court
Perform research on immigrations laws, regulations, and procedures to support case preparation and legal arguments.
Maintain accurate and organized client files, ensuring that all relevant documents and correspondence are properly stored and easily accessible.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on case progress and answering inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Assist in translation and interpretation tasks as needed during meetings, hearings, and interviews.
Stay up to date with changes in immigrations laws, regulations, and procedures, and communicate relevant updates to the legal team.
