Job ID: 24-02312Acquisition SpecialistCrystal City, VAMUST:Active DoD Secret clearance and Eligible for TS/sciExperienced Acquisition Specialist5+ years of relevant experience support Acquisition programs in the DoDExperience as acquisition analyst/project analyst/coordinator ideally for DoD or OSD clientStrong experience handling and managing the administration process for the acquisitions teamStrong understanding of the technologies around the work to related vernacularTechnologies include Jira, Confluence and Atlassian Suite for ticketing, reporting and Data repositoriesProven ability to provide technical writing supportExcellent documentation skillsStrong communication skills both written and verbalHighly organized and strong attention to detailDUTIES:Ideal candidate will assist requirement owners with refining, assessing, documenting, and maintaining requirements in preparation for review board meetings to convey key program objectives, their relative contributions to the mission, and estimated costsThis candidate must be comfortable with a heavy meeting work load and assisting with documentation portion of the jobHelp to coordinate actions and meetings across the PMO to various Client support staff membersProvide support in organizational and strategic planning for a wide variety of technical and functional environmentsProvide support in configuration management, strategic planning, knowledge management, business analysis and technical analysisCollaborate with key stakeholders to understand the mission s vision and help communicate goals throughout the programDraft correspondence to support the Government Leadership for review/approvalGather and develop requirements for assigned projects based on stakeholder inputRefine and decompose requirements to a degree specified by the GovernmentPrioritize, de-conflict, and validate requirements with stakeholdersAssist government leads with conducting annual capability gap and requirements validation/re-validation assessments in response to emerging threats, changing external guidance, and realignment of mission prioritiesAnalyze potential impact on existing Client infrastructure, services, systems, projects, and processesAnalyze potential strategic linkages to DoD Client s strategic plans and other federal mandatesAnalyze potential solutions selected by the Government and assess the ability of each solution to meet the validated requirementsDevelop executive-level Business Case Analysis Briefings for assigned projectsCoordinate joint efforts with other groups and offices and maintain accountability of all assigned tasksProvide data analysis expertise in support of business priorities and objectivesPerform technical writing/editing, editorial consultation, proofreading, or overall documentation review for various documents, including acquisition, other program document, and user support documentsEnsure documents are prepared in the appropriate format and are free from grammatical errorsCreate and maintain technical documents including software and systems engineering diagrams, systems operations documents, testing and evaluation (T&E) plans and reports, and user operations guidesAssist the Government in planning and overseeing cloud efforts on a large scaleAssist other team members in other specialties as needed to accomplish the overall mission*Quadrant, Inc. is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
