Ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, glassware, utensils, and equipment used in the kitchen. Operating the dishwasher and following proper procedures for loading and unloading items. Sorting, stacking, and organizing clean dishes and utensils in designated storage areas. Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including sweeping and mopping floors and wiping down surfaces. Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling of chemicals and sanitizing solutions. Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of clean dishes. Following all safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe working environment for yourself and others. Providing support to the kitchen team as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to help in various tasks.
