Job description
The Ohio Pregnancy and Parenting Program *Case Worker will provide direct care services to women and families experiencing a crisis pregnancy, while creating and managing strategic partnerships with missionally aligned local organizations and serve residents associated with campus and food pantry locations.

What you'll do:
Coordinate/Host Events, Classes, and Services:
Provide one-on-one care and guidance to clients during in-person and/or phone appointments
Create and manage an annual schedule of pregnant and parenting classes and other training services
Coordinate and oversee all logistics and operations of each activity
Develop a system for tracking and reporting monthly and quarterly progress
Complete a quarterly report process with mid and end of year evaluations
Provide support for unique projects and events at campus location
Coordinate logistics and provide support during classes
Interact with involved groups, such as volunteers, church members and attendees, other staff, and vendors
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to offer coordinated services and programs to participants
General Administration:
Respond to phone calls, email, and other communications
Take actions to track, coordinate, update and make available various resources
Facilitate communication needs by tracking project requirements and deadlines, producing or drafting informative content, and keeping materials stocked
Working with partnerships and outside agencies to facilitate positive outcomes
Coordinate the marketing of programs, classes, events, and services to the designated communities
Create, maintain, and improve a variety of materials in support of program operations - may include databases, web content, and print materials
Provide support to the Community Outreach Team as needed; monthly support at the Food Pantry
What you bring:
Experience in working in areas of family planning or other services such as abortion prevention, childbirth promotion, parenting development, and/or adoption assistance, data tracking and reporting preferred (but not required)
Minimum of 4-year degree in Social Services, Human Development, Counseling or related field
Knowledge of and demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office software and database use
Strong writing and editing skills
Ability to appropriately handle confidential information
Strong attention to detail
