Job description
This is a manufacturing production position. MAJOR DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES: Operate and monitor the operation of all long goods, short cut, noodle and lasagna presses and dryers. Monitor settings on recipes to ensure proper parameters are used for the product being produced. Make proper changes on computers when doing die and format changes. Monitor extrusion pattern for proper length of long goods, short cuts, noodles and lasagna to assure proper product specifications. Monitor all drying systems to insure that products are being dried to proper specifications. Operate and monitor storage accumulators, finished product storage tanks and storeveyors. Make die changes as needed using electric crane (hoist) systems and or chain hoist. Able to take product moisture on all lines as needed during the shift. Operate die wash machine. Perform and monitor shutdown and start up of all lines in press area.
