Pay Range: $50 - $52/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).


Key Requirements and Technology Experience:


  • Previous experience building controlled risk response, process control design, Risk management experience , experience with GSEs, Third Party Risk Governance (Seller/Servicer Preferred), Independent worker, self-starter,
  • Facilitating timely remediation of gaps and issues related to third party risk management.
  • Developing, reporting and monitoring KRIs, critical metrics and KCIs related to third party risk management and oversight.
  • Updating and maintaining documentation (including procedures, policies, flowcharts, and inventories) in support of third party risk management.
  • 5+ years of related professional experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience assessing operational risk (Third/Fourth Party Knowledge) and internal control environments (RCSA Knowledge).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple assignments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of secondary mortgage market or GSE business a plus.
