I have an incredible opportunity for an Associate position with an International Trade team, specializing in aiding defense and security contractors with overseas operations and advising on laws governing foreign investments with national security implications.

Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on ITAR, EAR, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, U.S. sanctions, CFIUS, NISPOM, and other international commerce regulations
• Direct client interaction and independent matter management
• Opportunity to support other practice groups

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of international trade experience with ITAR and EAR
• Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment
