Job Description

The Service Supervisor will oversee the site team, maintenance, and repairs of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), carpentry, painting, and other building systems. Reports to the Regional Property Manager.

Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or similar software
• Experience with Yardi Systems preferred.
• Experience with ADP Payroll preferred.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to identify issues and determine repairs.
• Excellent management and supervisory skills.
• Must provide current contact information such as phone number and email address.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• HVAC certification
• 3 years of prior maintenance and supervisory experience
• Must be able to traverse property to diagnose building issues and plan repairs or maintenance.
• Must be physically able to perform repairs when needed.
• Must be able to lift fifty pounds.
• Valid Driver s License, personal vehicle, good driving records and insurance.
