Overview: xScion is seeking a highly skilled Scaled Agile Project Manager (SAFe PM) to manage technology projects, including network architecture design and builds. The successful candidate will support Network Architects in project management, documentation, monthly status reports, and stakeholder engagement. The role requires technical acumen, the ability to understand technology architecture, design, planning, environments, and deployments. The PM will use Jira and Git repositories to coordinate work through Scaled Agile practices.

As a Scaled Agile Project Manager (SAFe PM), You Will:

• Participate in all squad and program events outlined by SAFe
• Lead and facilitate iteration and program planning sessions, including daily standups, to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with the product owner on squad sprint and system reviews to ensure alignment with acceptance criteria.
• Develop and refine user stories, including defining acceptance criteria, conducting story refinement, and pointing.
• Lead squad retrospectives to review team outcomes and identify actionable items for continuous improvement.
• Ensure timely delivery of committed user stories within iteration timeframes, meeting acceptance criteria, and presenting work to the team product owner
• Assist Network Architects in delivering and demoing architectural and design documentation
• Coordinate the creation of monthly status reports, including activities completed, upcoming activities, issues, risks, decisions, and financial summaries.
• Interact with stakeholders to collect requirements, offer updates, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Understand knowledge of technology design, planning, environments, and deployments to support Network Architects efficiently
• Coordinate with stakeholders and the xScion technical team to ensure successful project outcomes while maintaining effective communication channels to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of experience as an Agile Project Manager or a similar role
• Proficient knowledge of Agile methodologies, with a focus on expertise in SAFe principles
• Technical acumen in supporting technology projects
• Highly skilled in using Jira and Git repositories
• Exceptional ability in leadership and coordinating efforts.
• Effective communication abilities to foster collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to facilitate scrum events and program increment planning.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., SAFe Agilist, Certified ScrumMaster)
• Experience with network architecture and technology projects
