Job description
Create a variety of high-quality educational materials that facilitate effective and engaging training experiences by combining instructional design principles, educational expertise, creativity, and collaboration. Assist with in-person training as needed. Provide content creation guidance to other members of the team as needed. Review and revising existing materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness. Work closely with subject matter experts. Gather feedback, conduct assessments, and analyze training effectiveness to continuously improve and update the educational materials. Provide clear communication of the overall scope, deliverables, timing, funding, and resource requirements for assigned projects. Assist in running of Learning Management System.
