Overview

Young Marketing Consulting is looking for an experienced digital marketer who s ready to lead a practice area of a growing marketing firm. Our clients come to us for help with SEO, SEM, PPC, social media and all the other components that make up digital marketing campaigns, and this role would take on the management of these client accounts and delivery of their needs. This position is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented individual who enjoys a fast pace, significant autonomy, and the opportunity to contribute to client strategy and internal processes at a growing entrepreneurial firm.

Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements

• Build and support client digital strategy, including channel and media planning, budget development, performance forecasting and results measurement
• Manage all programmatic digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.)
• Grow client social media presence through paid and organic efforts, including building organic social media calendars, using paid follower and engagement campaigns, and conducting proactive outreach
• Set and deliver search engine optimization strategies, including content calendars, project management of on-site improvements, and providing guidance to the content team
• Ensure all campaign tracking and dashboards are updated and provide clients with scheduled performance reviews
• Lead conversion rate optimization efforts where needed
• Support marketing automation and email marketing efforts where required
• Work with the YMC and client teams to draft and deliver all required copy and creative
• Support YMC business development efforts where required

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with progressive growth in responsibility
• Deep experience with Google Ads, Analytics, Looker and Search Console
• Demonstrated track record of growing social media presence through organic and paid efforts (on LinkedIn, Twitter, Meta, etc.)
• Experience serving as a client/leadership point of contact for strategy development, execution and reporting
• A track record of executing digital campaigns in channels outside of Google and social media (e.g. other ad networks, third party sites, etc.)
• Experience leading or working with content marketing teams
• Bachelor s degree in marketing, business, liberal arts or related field
• Strong written communication and grammar skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• A dedication to customer service
• The ability to maintain a high level of organization and deliver on deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with the areas below will be considered a plus but not required. The selected candidate will receive training in these areas where necessary.

• Google Tag Manager
• Agency experience
• Experience in B2B marketing
• Managing a team of 2 or more direct reports

Term and Compensation

This position will be a full-time, salaried position with salary commensurate with experience and starting at $90,000.

Location/Hybrid Environment

We work remotely most days, but maintain a Metro-accessible office in Arlington, VA and typically go in to the office 1-2 times per week.
