Since 1994, Entertainment Software Associate (ESA) has been dedicated to expanding and protecting the marketplace for the videogame industry through advocacy and education. If you re a graphic designer with a passion for gaming, we hope you'll consider joining the ESA team as Creative Services Manager

The Creative Services Manager will be responsible for designing and producing content for the ESA brands. This includes websites, graphics, and social media while maintaining brand consistency. This position will manage key ESA event pieces and relationships with vendors to support membership activities, events, and industry communications. The Manager will report to the SVP, Communications and Public Affairs and will support other departments and teams of ESA.

This is a hybrid position based in Washington, DC.

The ideal candidate:

• Is technically proficient in graphic design
• Has the ability to manage all phases of work independently, from concept development to completion
• Is a result oriented, team player

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• 4 to 6 years professional graphic design experience
• Experience in web design; Word Press and CSS in particular
• An understanding and appreciation of video games, game culture, game history, and the role that a trade association plays
• A portfolio that showcases examples in graphic design, marketing, web design, infographics, and video and animation creative deliverables
