The MEP Manager assures subcontractors provide the highest quality of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction services in accordance with project specific cost and schedule requirements
*Client Details*
This client specializes in interior renovations and floor build out for corporate offices, universities/schools, government facilities, labs, data centers, and other commercial buildings in various industries. *Description*
* Review MEP Scopes of Work and equipment pre-purchases for accuracy and completeness
* Assist in the development of the MEP Construction and Commissioning Schedule
* Enforce quality control policies and inspections on the MEP trade
* Assist bidding mechanical and electrical trades
* Manage Equipment Procurement process
* Develop MEP critical path schedule
*Profile*
* Bachelors Degree in mechanical and electrical engineering is preferred
* 5-10years of construction experience in engineering or similar field
* Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously.
