.Legend Management Group is a 100% fully COVID-19 vaccinated company and has a mandatory vaccination policy in place.As our Senior Leasing Consultant, you will manage direct sales and marketing, sales leadership with the onsite team, resident relations, and customer service. Each day will be unique, requiring creatively and a diverse set of skills. You will listen carefully to discover prospective residents needs, recommend solutions, and overcome concerns, and earn commitment by guiding new residents through the leasing process. You will work at our apartment community and report to the Property Manager.You Will:Create exceptional experiences by responding promptly and professionally t all customer inquiries received in person, by email and phoneEstablish a positive relationship with each resident, future resident, and all visitorsAttract new residents through advertising, conducting leasing tours, and encouraging referralsOversee and manage all leads in lead management system and follow up using Legends best practicesManage the leasing process from first point of contact to move inUse market and competitor knowledge to lead leasing meetingsPrepare all sales administrative reportsMonitor service requests and communicate with service team and residents to assure concerns are resolved adequatelyCoordinate and participate in resident retention program and renewal processPlan, manage and conduct marketing outreach with leasing team to help site achieve monthly goalsTogether with Property Managers and Assistants, organize and conduct resident eventsConsistently post engaging content to social media accountsDemonstrate behaviors that cultivate a positive work cultureCommit to professional development, stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes, and attend trainingYou Have:High school diploma or equivalentCustomer service and sales experience; and 1+ years multi-family property managementUnderstanding of property management softwareSocial media experience (Facebook, Instagram)Knowledge of all phases of leasing and resident retentionEnjoy A Variety of Perks and Benefits Including:Great compensation package and bonus plan100% employer-paid health insuranceDental & Vision InsurancePaid time off - holidays, vacation, sick, administrative, and bereavementCompany matched 401KApartment rent discountTuition AssistanceAbout Us:Legend Management Group is an apartment management group with communities in Maryland and Virginia that has served the area's most discerning residents for over 30 years.
