The Purchasing Manager is an entry-level manager responsible for storeroom management including the limited purchasing of some hotel supplies, receiving, and invoice management. This person will oversee approximately two people and be responsible for quality control, inventory, and managing our Purchasing related systems, among many other related tasks. This is a physical position that will involve lifting, pushing, and pulling items throughout the hotel. Food and beverage experience is preferred as this person will need to inspect perishable items to ensure they are of good quality.
