Consider becoming a valued member of our team as a Maintenance Technician for Ten31 Living Spaces and sister property in Dayton, Ohio.

What we are looking for:

* Minimum of two years of experience in multi-family residential maintenance.

* Comprehensive knowledge and skills in:

* HVAC systems (certification required)

* Plumbing

* Electrical work

* Carpentry

* Appliance repair

* Apartment turnovers

* Grounds maintenance

* Pool care

* Lighting

* Basic computer or smartphone skills.

* Strong customer service skills.

* Self-motivated with keen attention to detail.

* Own basic hand tools.

* Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

* Reliable truck or van.

* Willingness to undergo a drug and background check if offered the position.

What you'll do as a Maintenance Technician:

* Utilize your maintenance skills in HVAC, pool maintenance, electric, plumbing, groundskeeping, apartment turns, appliance repair, carpentry, locks and keys, pool care, lighting, etc.

* Fulfill work orders from apartment residents while maintaining the communities clean and presentable.

* Respond to emergencies during on-call rotations or as situations arise.

Work Schedule: 4 days per week, 10 hours per day. Off on Wednesdays and weekends.
