Position Summary and Duties
The successful candidate for the Director, Graduate Business Recruitment position will:
With the Assistant Dean of Graduate Programs, set annual enrollment targets and then develop, enhance and implement strategies to meet those goals and build a pipeline of applicants for all graduate business programs.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities as well as monitoring the competitive landscape.
Develop and nurture recruitment strategies that attract qualified and diverse applicants.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to create awareness for our programs.
Participate in and lead select strategic projects for graduate business programs such as:
Manage the Graduate Sellinger Alumni Mentor Program with our Office of Alumni Engagement.
Serve as the primary contact with Marketing and Communications to ensure marketing materials are kept up to date.
Serve as the point person for graduate experiential learning and high impact practices.
Work with internal partners to provide input on new program development to enhance our program portfolio.
Assume additional responsibilities as required including serving on committees, task forces and representing the University at internal and external meetings.
Supervise a recruiting staff member as they work through funnel leads and partnership activity.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8+ years of work-related experience, including 3 years of supervisory responsibilities.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with diverse populations.
Attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and to delegate.
Demonstrated knowledge of the higher education landscape.
Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communication skills; ability to produce and present information in a concise and compelling manner.
Experience with technology, particularly CRM systems such as Slate.
Ability to travel and work flexible hours (some evenings/weekends required)
Ability to support the mission and values of a Catholic Jesuit education, as well as University goals for institutional diversity.
