* Team Member Description: Full Time

The Collective House Realty team at LC is in the midst of an exciting period of growth, and were looking for talented New Home Sales Consultant to develop and manage leads to opportunity pipeline, and execution of the sales contract through closing. In this role, youll support prospecting, deal flow, general office management, and sales generation for the brokerage.

Make an impact through these primary responsibilities:

* Performs office management and administrative support such as; file management, document work-flow, milestone schedules and reports, and proactive communication with clients, customers, lenders, title companies, other real estate agents, inspectors, etc.

* Meets, greets, and establishes rapport and conducts consultative meetings with prospective homebuyers.

* Exceeds or consistently maintains established quotas for sales and customer satisfaction.

* Adheres to office operating procedures that support compliance in modern residential real estate.

* Coordinates and collaborates with the multiple parties involved in residential real estate transactions i.e.; buyers, buyers agents, title agent, brokers, home inspectors, etc.

* Prospects and follows up with leads and possesses the ability to set consultative meetings.

* Utilizes respective technology and systems to effectively conduct business in marketing, lead management, and transaction management.

* Performs other related project management duties or general support as required by real estate sales agents.

* High school degree is required

* Self-motivated, assertive personality with a strong work ethic and desire to be successful

* Outgoing, professional, and approachable personality

* Prior new home sales or customer service experience and strong communication skills
