Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- Proven experience in data modeling, manipulation, and analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation; familiarity with NoSQL databases is a plus.
- Strong programming skills in R or Python for advanced modeling and analysis.
- Experience in creating interactive dashboards and visualizations using PowerBI or similar tools.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git/DevOps.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Data Modeling and Manipulation:
- Create new analytics tables and fields from existing sources to meet KPI and stakeholder data requirements.
- Implement new ETL logic or modify existing logic to automate data processing tasks.
- Analytics and Visualization:
- Develop dashboards in PowerBI using cleaned and curated data to deliver actionable insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct descriptive analytics to track KPIs and visualize trends.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop KPIs and ensure data availability for new projects.
- Data Validation and Integrity:
- Perform data validation and integrity checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of analysis results.
- Implement measures to maintain data quality and consistency.
- Maintenance and Documentation:
- Document data models, ETL processes, and analysis methodologies for knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Manage version control using Git/DevOps to track changes and facilitate collaboration.
