General Information:

This position performs a variety of duties to support the Office of Student Accountability and Restorative Practices (OSARP)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain at least 10 scheduled office hours per week.
Demonstrate a commitment to the Office of Student Accountability and Restorative Practices, its mission and its outcomes, and to the value statements of the Division of Student Affairs and the University.
Maintain confidentiality as required by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act regarding the non-disclosure of educational records; maintain confidentiality of other sensitive information.
Attend staff training prior to commencement of duties; participate in ongoing training and professional development including but not limited to Education Programs Unit Staff Meetings, All Staff Meetings, and additional professional development.
Assess professional progress and receive feedback through weekly or biweekly meetings with supervisor and semester meetings with Associate Director of Case Management; Participate in formal staff evaluation processes.
Provide administrative support for Case Management as needed.
Provide customer service to students, parents, staff, faculty, and federal agents.
Provide support by copying, typing, and running errands as necessary.
Assist with reviewing files and data entry and management.
Assist with additional projects and duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Attention to detail, dependability, confidentiality, and punctuality are essential attributes for this position. Applicants must be in good academic standing and eligible for Federal Work Study in order to be considered.

Conditions of Employment:

Students must be degree-seeking students, enrolled on at least a half-time basis (6 credits for undergraduate and 5 credits for graduate).

Students must have a 2.0 or better cumulative GPA.
