At Musicologie we know everyone deserves a great teacher. We have nearly a decade of experience delivering simply delightful music lessons to some 6000 students across our six ohio locations through:

In this position you ll:

  • Dedicate yourself to learning and implementing the Musicologie system
  • Grow and support a vibrant community of students
  • Be committed to delivering an outstanding music education experience to every family and student
  • Build, train and motivate a diverse team of teachers

You re the right person if you re:

  • Excited to help people and inspired to change lives through music
  • Able to lead a diverse team
  • An expert communicator in person, over the phone and via email
  • Detail oriented
  • Able to work evening hours

You have experience with:

  • Sales and/or customer service
  • Leading a team
  • Schedule management and collaboration
  • Event planning
  • Social media management

  • Our proprietary studio management system
  • Slack
  • Google Workspace
  • Emma (email marketing)
  • Social Media (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Canva

Typical Work Hours:

  • 10am-6pm Mon-Fri
  • On premise at the studio
