We currently have a career opportunity for a Senior Alfresco Process Services/Camunda Consultant to join our Automation Team.
As a Senior Alfresco Process Services/Camunda Consultant, you will be involved in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including estimation, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and support of applications developed for our clients. Working in a collaborative team environment, you will take direction from Solution Architects and Technical Leads to execute development activities.

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $ 64,974 to $149,880. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs. Responsibilities
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle for Alfresco Process Services and Camunda-based projects.
- Provide accurate estimations for project tasks and deliverables.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Leads to design technical solutions.
- Implement, document, and test business process applications and workflows.
- Deploy and support applications in various environments, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Conduct thorough documentation of design and implementation processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development and post-deployment.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
- Continuously explore new technologies and best practices to enhance development processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development with a focus on Alfresco Process Services and Camunda.
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience with business process management (BPM) and workflow automation.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficient in database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other Alfresco products and BPM platforms.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
- Certifications in relevant technologies and platforms.
