Physical Requirements: The physical demands here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Must have suitable endurance to do physical labor for long periods of time. Once certified, must be willing to work in confined spaces and utilize all required PPE. Ability to safely climb and work from ladders and scaffolding.
Working Environment: This position may require work both inside and outside the facility. This job may require work on the roof of a building or in the basement and confined spaces. May experience high levels of noise in connection to equipment and tools. Must be able to perform work while wearing required PPE. Must be willing to participate in training for confined spaces including all aspects of breathing apparatus Fit Testing. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to occasionally loud.
