Director of Business Operations (IN OFFICE) - $200,000 to $250,000 plus bonus

Unique executive level search in Lancaster County. Our client is in the suburbs of Lancaster County and is a privately held and diversified business with 300-400 employees.

The Director of Business Operations will report to the company s Chief Executive Officer and will be a trusted member of the company s Leadership Team.

The Director of Business Operations is a key leadership role that actively participates in / contributes to strategic and business planning and will manage day to day business execution by ensuring that the right people, processes and environment are in place. The Director of Business Operations strategically focuses on maximizing the effectiveness of the company s team members through enhancing internal communication and developing key employees while remaining steadfast to the company s vision and consistently embracing and promoting the organization s unique culture of collaboration. The Director of Business Operations will lead and engage and motivate employees across the organization (in a variety of divisions and departments) to focus on growing both the business and themselves.

Our client seeks a dynamic candidate with strong leadership skills, outstanding intuition and business judgment and a passion for business. Our client strongly prefers a candidate with a Bachelor s Degree plus 15-20 years of experience working in a mid-sized privately held company (150-750 employees). The ideal candidate has managed diverse departments and has a multi-faced background to include experience in Operations, Sales / Marketing, Accounting / Finance, Project Management and / or Human Resources.
