Our client is a boutique firm comprised of big firm Attorneys who left big law but continue to do sophisticated work serving clients all over the country. They have offices in Maryland and New York and are open to in office, hybrid or remote.

This role would be ideal for an Associate with 2-5 years of experience and who wants to be intellectually challenged.

Responsibilities include: research and writing, drafting pleadings and disputing complex motions, witness preparation, taking and defending depositions, preparing discovery, assistance in bringing cases through trial or arbitration, and participating in oral disagreements and court appearances.

The ideal candidate will have had a federal or appellate clerkship and some experience with e-discovery. Superior research and writing skills are crucial.
