Adams & Martin Group has partnered with several law firms who are seeking contract litigation attorneys to assist with caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a diverse caseload of contract disputes, including breach of contract claims, enforcement of contract terms, and interpretation of complex contractual provisions.
• Conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Providing strategic legal advice and counsel to clients on contract-related matters.

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• -Admission to the state bar and good standing.
• Demonstrated experience in contract litigation, with a strong understanding of contract law principles.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
• Must reside in CA and willing to work out of the local CA office is needed
