Company Description

Open Minds Therapy, LLC seeks to enhance its telehealth services by adding another licensed clinician.

  • Independent contractor status (1099), with part-time/per diem options and potential for full-time engagement.
  • Access assistance in obtaining health insurance through referral to an insurance agent.
  • WE credential you with all major insurances.

Ideal candidates possess licensure in one of the following disciplines:

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Role Description

This is a contract remote role for an Independently Licensed Clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) at Open Minds Therapy, LLC. As a clinician, you will provide counseling and therapy services to clients, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress. You will work independently to deliver high-quality care and support the mental health and well-being of individuals, couples, and families.


Qualifications

  • Valid and current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
  • Experience providing therapy and counseling services
  • Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions
  • Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
  • Commitment to ethical practice and maintaining client confidentiality
  • Experience with teletherapy and remote counseling
  • Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
