Our financial services client is looking for an Art Director to join their team.

We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Pay Rate: $35.00 - $40.00/hr on W2

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.

Responsibilities of the Art Director:

• Create for a range of channels and formats
• Own design through the end-to-end creative process
• Create branded creative that cuts through the noise.
• Drive brand consistency and recognition
• Use strategy to inform creative decisions
• Show agility adapting approach for widely varying briefs, products, and business goals
• Bring fresh ideas that raise the bar and push mindsets
• Stay ahead of consumer trends and insights and let them influence work
• Manage multiple deadlines on numerous projects happening at the same time
• Complete high-quality work with an appropriate degree of autonomy
• Proactively identify opportunities and develop solutions
• Deliver error-free work, using best practices with keen attention to detail

Requirements of the Art Director:

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field
• At least 3 years of design experience in a professional setting
• At least 3 years of experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
• At least 2 years of experience in a 3D or spatial design software (ex. Adobe Substance, Sketchup, etc.)
• At least 1 year of experience in a digital design software (ex. Figma, Adobe XD, etc.)
• Portfolio of strong creative work, including descriptions of your creative strategy
