Our CSP Real Estate & Financial Services Practice has partnered with a fast-growing real estate investment management and advisory firm to identify a Property Manager. The portfolio is 1.6 million sq ft spanning several asset classes. The Property Manager will oversee the operations and performance of the properties within the portfolio. This individual will be essential not only in the day-to-day management activities, but also for maintaining operating budgets, relationships with tenants, and ongoing capital improvement projects.

Key Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate property management
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate operations, leasing, and financial management
• Self-starter, entrepreneurial spirit with strong sense of initiative
• Bachelor's degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
