Your role at Clorox:

This leader is responsible for overseeing the logistics function and related activities in their plants. They manage the daily operations within the plant's logistics function, ensuring efficient material flow and storage, coordinating with production schedules, and maintaining cost-effective operations.

In this role, you will:

• Direct and coordinate activities relating handling, storage, and distribution of materials and products in plants.
• Collaborate with BU Material & Scheduling Management (MSM) team to ensure scheduling, replenishment and material management activities for plant are complete.
• Provide input to BU MSM to information scheduling.
• Coordinate finished good inventory, and inbound and outbound shipping/receiving/transportation activities in line with delivery schedule.
• Coordinate and supervise warehousing procedures.
• Provide technical support on material handling, material storage or usage, and/or equipment performance.

What we look for:

Years and Type of Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain and/or logistics and related topics
• 2 years of leadership experience, with a strong emphasis on overseeing logistics operations
• Successful at attracting, cultivating, and retaining diverse high performing, diverse teams

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

Zone A: $86,600 - $161,900

Zone B: $79,400 - $148,400

Zone C: $72,100 - $134,900
