Zahra Investments is looking for a Licensed Plumber to join our team! The ideal candidate will maintain excellent customer service to our current tenants, commercial and residential. Our commercial building houses a wide variety of tenants meaning professionalism and discretion is a must. Responsibilities

Position Summary: A Licensed Plumber is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings
This role involves diagnosing issues, ensuring compliance with plumbing codes, and delivering high-quality service to customers
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, fixtures, and drainage systems
Perform installations and repairs for water heaters, gas lines, and other plumbing appliances
Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and regulations
Troubleshooting and Diagnostics:
Diagnose plumbing issues using appropriate tools and techniques
Provide accurate assessments and solutions for plumbing problems
Conduct pressure tests to identify leaks and other issues
Maintenance and Inspections:
Conduct routine maintenance to ensure plumbing systems operate efficiently
Perform inspections of plumbing systems to detect potential issues
Recommend and implement preventative maintenance solutions
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
Offer professional advice on maintenance and upgrades to plumbing systems
Ensure customer satisfaction by completing work in a timely and professional manner
Compliance and Safety:
Adhere to all local, state, and federal plumbing codes and safety standards
Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety protocols to prevent accidents
Stay updated on industry regulations and advancements in plumbing technology
Maintain accurate records of services performed, including details of repairs, installations, and maintenance activities
Ensure all documentation is complete and filed appropriately
Equipment and Inventory Management:
Properly use and maintain plumbing tools and equipment
Manage inventory of plumbing supplies and parts, ensuring availability for scheduled work
Order and replenish stock as needed

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional plumber
Certifications: Valid plumbing license as required by local, state, or federal regulations
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in reading blueprints and technical diagrams
