Job description

As Data Scientist, you'll work on a variety of innovative projects, utilizing advanced data analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to drive our business forward. This will include working on a variety of innovative projects, utilizing advanced data analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to drive our business forward. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions that support research, design, develop, and test various AI/ML frameworks and models.

What you'll do:

  • Data Analysis & Modeling: Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems.
  • Innovation Projects: Work on cutting-edge innovation projects that explore new technologies and business models. Contribute to the ideation, development, and implementation of innovative solutions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, engineers, and other data scientists, to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Research & Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI. Conduct research and experiments to test new ideas and approaches.
  • Data Visualization: Create clear and compelling data visualizations to communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Writing: Author technical blogs, publications or Government proposals
What you'll need to succeed:
  • Education: Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, Conda, Jupyter, or Dask. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Advanced knowledge of big data and machine learning technologies in AWS and/or Google.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex datasets and develop actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
  • Clearance: Ability to obtain and hold a Government security clearance
