In the Graphic Designer role, you will work in collaboration with the marketing & communications team and various project teams to develop and implement graphic design concepts that are consistent with the overall brand and messaging for a variety of project, marketing and communication needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Bring the MA brand and story to life through creating and designing various materials for print and digital collateral
  • Uphold, promote, and incorporate company brand guidelines into all work
  • Create graphics and assist with project pursuit efforts as directed by Director of Marketing including for formal RFQ/RFP responses, informal marketing collateral requests and project interviews
  • Work with business development, technical, and marketing staff to communicate messaging through presentation design for conferences, events and client meetings
  • Maintain and create new content for the client-facing website
  • Maintain and create new content for the internal employee website (intranet)
  • Create internal communications displays and graphics
  • Coordinate architectural photo shoots, determine marketing message and convey to MA photographers/videographers
  • Develop and maintain a library of InDesign and PPT templates for marketing staff and project team use
  • Manage and coordinate the production of general office marketing collateral (business cards, presentation boards, etc.)
  • Create and coordinate award submissions with project teams
  • Assist in training of staff in MA brand
  • Support content creation for blogs and monthly internal newsletter
  • Working with project teams, create graphics for billable projects if needed
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
  • Required: Bachelors degree in marketing, graphic design or other equivalent from an accredited college/university
  • Preferred: 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-pace environment and has the ability it complete assignments from initial conception to final production
  • Be able to appropriately tailor graphics to convey a message to fit various distribution channels
  • Ability to clearly communicate the reasoning behind design choices
  • Have an understanding of marketing's role in a B2B organization
  • Have a strong attention to detail and an eye for graphic design
  • Be able to efficiently multi-task and make best use of their time in a deadline driven environment
  • Find architecture and interior design interesting
  • Expertise in Adobe Software (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
