TKO provides systems engineering, software development, data science and cloud development and engineering services to the Cyber Infrastructure Solutions customer. The services enable the Data Transformation, Malware Analysis, and Cyber Threat Intelligence processing and sharing capabilities for the customer, fulfilling mission objectives and offering actionable information to detect and mitigate cyber threats. The contract has several locations in Maryland and a small contingent in Texas.

The TKO program is seeking an ISSO to support the DCS TTO, an effort that involves the re-engineering of a deployable defensive sensor platform to a cloud-based, containerized solution. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining 2+ SSPs, coordinating patching processes, reviewing audit logs, troubleshooting issues, and reviewing and updating security controls. Must be familiar with the customers security workflow process.

Required Skills/Experience:
Experience with compliance and certifying a system
Experience creating, updating and maintaining SSPs
Familiar with the STE requirements and how to manage that in relation to SSPs
Ability to write and update SECCONOP
Ability to draft Systems Boundary/Dataflow Diagrams
Experience with XACTA, LATTEART, BISCOTTI, CIVET, DARKROAST, CYBORGBUNNY
Generate BISCOTTI POA&Ms
Track IAVAs
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to brief senior government and technical experts and leader

Basic Qualifications

A High School Diploma or GED plus sixteen (16) years of general systems engineering experience

OR

A Bachelor's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field plus ten (10) years of systems engineering experience.

OR

A Master's or PhD degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience.

Required Skills/Experience:

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Colorado Pay Statement

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $114,100 - $218,600. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $131,200 - $247,300. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
