About this Position / Responsibilities:

NFF, Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Architect. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions within our organization. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions leveraging the ServiceNow platform. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, best practices, and a strong ability to architect solutions that meet the organization's needs.

Requirements

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, standards, and methodologies. Mentor team members on ServiceNow platform capabilities and implementation strategies.
  • Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives and requirements. Develop technical architecture, data model, integrations, and workflows to support business processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Translate requirements into technical specifications and design documents.
  • Develop the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, and CSS to meet specific business needs. Configure workflows, forms, UI policies, and catalog items.
  • Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and security standards in ServiceNow implementations. Implement security controls, access restrictions, and audit mechanisms as necessary.
  • Create technical documentation including design documents, architecture diagrams, and configuration guides. Provide training and knowledge transfer to team members and end-users.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience architecting and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Required 8+ years' experience with ServiceNow Architecture level experience on an enterprise level.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, modules, and components.
  • Strong knowledge of the following ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITFM, HRSD, PPM and SPM
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other protocols.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred.
