Overview

JST is currently seeking a Senior System Engineer Support to join our team.

This is a full-time on-site position with potential hybrid/remote work at Defense Health Agency (DHA) location(s) in Virginia. JST offers a full benefit package, a collaborative work environment and strong company culture. Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Summary

The Senior System Engineer Support shall be professional in demeanor, appearance, and deportment. Employees shall be responsive. The Senior System Engineer Support may be required to interface with senior Government and industry officials. Personnel shall have excellent written and oral communications skills sufficient to provide clear concise communication and documentation. Proficient in the use of the Microsoft suite of applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project as well as with Adobe Acrobat.

Senior System Engineer Support Responsibilities
  • Perform technical analyses.
  • Complete project planning to team standards.
  • Monitor all designs & developments.
  • Support acquisition of systems.
  • Implementation of associated functional changes.
  • Support the DoD 5000 series and associated milestone. Implement DoD 5000 acquisition policy, strategy, and processes.
  • Support acquisition strategies and acquisition lifecycle management planning and providing advice and guidance.
Senior System Engineer Support Qualifications
  • Requires a bachelor's degree in business, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), physics, computer science, or related field.
  • Requires a PMP certification.
  • Experience with DoD 5000.
  • Experience with DoD acquisition programs.
Required Clearances and Screenings
  • MUST be able to pass a US Government Security Clearance
