.About the Role:As a Task Lead supporting our Federal government client,

you will be trusted to provide program management support with responsibilities spanning: critical project tasks; stakeholder outreach and engagement; process improvement; analysis of project data to drive solutions; and report writing.Key Responsibilities include

(but are not limited to):Coordinating and managing all aspects of task and project performance (i.e., technical, contractual, administrative, financial)Quickly establishing and fostering positive rapport with federal government clients and public safety stakeholders in a professional, creative environmentAnalyzing new and complex project-related problems and creating innovative solutions that normally involve the schedule, technology, methodology, tools, solution components, and financial management of the projectProviding applications systems analysis and long and short-range plans for application selection, systems development, systems maintenance, and production activities for necessary support resources.Collaborating with a dedicated and diverse consulting team and encourage creative solutionsSupporting strategic program and project management initiatives as directed by the Project LeadConducting legislative and policy analysis as neededIdentifying efficiencies or tools to improve existing/new organizational processesFacilitating and coordinating internal meetings from start to finish; train and administer tasks to junior consultantsAbility to multi-task with competing prioritiesEvolving into a subject matter expert in public safety communications and related emerging technologiesSpearheading action planning and implement new, creative initiativesCarry out our Commitments to Deliver, Grow, and ThriveLocation:You will work remotely, and occasionally at the client-site in metro-accessible Washington, DC.Required Experience/Skills:Bachelor s degree2+ years of professional experience in program and task managementPrevious experience with public safety stakeholder engagement and/or legislative/policy analysisDirect experience working on a daily basis to advise senior level clientsCreative thinker with the ability to translate complex information into manageable piecesReceptive to all forms of feedback from clients and colleagues, and proactive to make changesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality assuranceSkilled in problem solving with a flexible approach towards stakeholdersUS citizenship and the ability to pass public trust clearance or suitabilityDon t think you have everything for this role but are still very interested?
