We are currently seeking a Chief Engineer with experience in radar systems research and development for our growing business in Dayton, Ohio. This position is ONSITE.
HOW WILL THIS POSITION CONTRIBUTE?
Mission: Develop, integrate, and transition advanced multi-sensor combat identification capabilities into a fieldable system
How: Recruit and mentor new and existing employees to ensure we have the best-in-industry talent. Serve as subject matter expert on existing and emerging technologies for our customers.
WHAT SKILLS ARE NEEDED?
Required:
M.S. in a STEM related field with a minimum of 25 years of experience in defense related research and development work.
Strategic planning and business development experience in small R&D defense business environment.
Applicant must be a US citizen capable of obtaining and maintaining a US DoD security clearance with special program access.
Desired: Research experience in the multiple of the following areas:
Radar Cross Section (RCS) measurements systems and techniques
Broad experience with computational methods CEM and/or CFD
Radome design and characterization
Infrared (EO/IR) / Electro-Optics
EM Materials design and/or characterization
Antenna design and modelling
Analog and/or Digital RF Hardware Development
An active DoD Top Secret Clearance
