Job description
Maximo Lead Developer. Implement an industry-standard Agile development methodology such as those promoted by the Agile Alliance, the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) or the Project Management Institute (PMI) to deliver software products and services that focus on maximizing business value quickly and in small-scaled increments allowing DOS to be proactive to Business change within the environment. Practices are to be applied with SCRUM, KANBAN, Lean, and XP where appropriate to maximize the value delivered. All standard activities related to Quality Assurance and management reporting shall be performed within the Agile context. Propose appropriate tools and processes to manage a portfolio of products utilizing Agile methodologies and encourage innovation and emerging technologies, as well as high product quality.
