Job description
Through subordinate program/project managers, lead and supervise the overall delivery of service support to; transport operations, maintenance management, change and configuration management, and deployment of transport infrastructure. Direct the practice of monitoring and controlling of project performance, to include metrics reporting, trends analysis, and project reporting to Government customers, ManTech leadership, and project/portfolio stakeholders. Oversee staffing management, including recruiting, hiring, training, retention, assignments, and ensuring labor qualification and security clearance requirements are met. Oversee and coordinate deliverables submissions to Government customer. Assist the customer in strategic planning to include, but not limited to staff allocation needs, contingency planning and continuity of operations, budget forecasts and projections, planned costs to actual and verification of invoices prior to submission.
