Job description
The Casework Supervisor manages staff providing direct client services within the Reception and Placement (R&P) Program. The Casework Supervisor plans and implements programming, coordinates core service delivery, supervises staff, ensures program goals are met, and satisfies budgetary, compliance, and reporting responsibilities for the assigned portfolio. Major Responsibilities:Core Service Delivery. Supervises a team of caseworkers providing trauma-informed case management to refugees and SI - Vs across the United States. Ensures caseworkers have been appropriately onboarded and oriented to their position and provides regular professional development in casework. Monitors case management service provision, including assignment of cases, reviewing needs assessment, service plans, referrals provided, observing delivery of information to clients, and monitoring case closeout procedures.
