Machine Operator I - The Machine Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery to maximize production and maintain Keurig Dr Pepper's high standards in safety and quality. This role will also be engaged in supporting improvements to the manufacturing process in the areas of safety, quality, delivery, productivity and growth. Shift & Schedule: This is a full time position on our 3rd shift working 9:30 pm-6:00 am, Monday-Friday. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends and holidays as scheduled is required. Position Responsibilities:Maintain a safe and healthy environment, demonstrating safe behaviors at all times. Understand and help drive improvement to quality systems and policies (Quality Data System, Safe Quality Food, Good Manufacturing Practices and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points).
