Responsibilities:

Empower AI: As Secure Mobile Database Asset Coordinator, you will act as a model of customer service excellence to all organizational staff members in supporting the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) user community. Your primary responsibility will involve the daily maintenance of the MS Access database used for tracking devices to ensure accurate reporting. This will require the implementation of effective data management practices and protocols to uphold the accuracy of the database. The ideal candidate for this role should possess experience in MS Access, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, and exhibit the ability to work efficiently in a steady-paced environment. In assuming this position, you will be a critical contributor to meeting Empower AI's mission: To deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions and services that enable our customers to rapidly adapt to dynamic environments.

Highlights of Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the MS Access tracking database is managed and maintained on a daily basis to accurately reflect deactivated or obsolete devices.
  • Update and create MS Excel spreadsheets and generate reports through the MS Access database as instructed.
  • Implement appropriate data management practices and protocols to maintain the accuracy of database assets.
  • Send weekly Last Login Reports to Approved ITMs.
  • Conduct regular audits of database assets in collaboration with ITMs to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues, ensuring accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with ITMs to ensure the database is kept up to date.
  • Schedule meetings with ITMs to review and clean reports.
  • Thoroughly track the location and allocation of assets throughout their lifecycle, including inventory, imaging, provisioning, reprovisioning, fulfillment, deployment, decommissioning, and disposition phases.
  • Participate in meetings with the Secure Mobile Team, Field Services Managers, contract, Contract PMs, and government management.
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in all responsibilities.
  • Interface with DISA HQ and the edge site.
  • Inform Manager/Leads about any required updates or creation of Work Instructions and SOPs.
  • Complete necessary training and utilize required tools to effectively perform job functions.
  • Implement ITIL best practices to improve and optimize services.
  • Attend meetings with the Secure Mobile Team, Field Services Managers, contract, and government management


Qualifications:

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Demonstrate a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Possess excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively present ideas in a manner that is easily understood by both business professionals and end-users.
  • Display a keen attention to detail and maintain a well-organized approach to tasks.
  • Thrive in a team-oriented environment and excel at collaborating with others.

Education and Requirements:

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Required Experience: 2 7 years of professional experience supporting PC hardware and software systems.
  • Required Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent related experience, including consideration of vendor certification in the technology being applied such as Microsoft MCP or Novell CNE.
  • Certification: CompTIA Security+
  • ITIL v4 Foundations or HDI Desktop Support Technician or A+ related certifications relevant to service desk support preferred
