$18.50/hrESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Place sales orders, process returns, and set up exchangesSupport customers by helping them select relevant products or answer gear questionsCycle count regularly to maintain the highest level of inventory accuracyMaintain and manage cash flow to ensure a high level of accuracyOperate within multiple software systems to ensure the completion of all tasksAssist in maintaining engaging and creative displays to increase salesHelp to keep retail store organized, clean, and presentable at all timesOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES:High School Diploma or equivalentSix-months retail sales experience or customer serviceStrong Communication skills (Verbal and Written)Strong ability to multitaskProactive mindset and creative problem solving skillsStrong time management abilityAbility to type 30+ WPMPHYSICAL DEMANDS:Stand, walk, sit for extended periodsSpeak and listen to others in person and over the phoneUse keyboard and read from computer screen and reportsLift up to 15lbs.
