Monumental Markets is seeking a full-time Preventive Maintenance Technician to join our Service Team! Reporting to the Equipment Service Manager, this role is responsible for performing routine checks and maintenance to keep client equipment in good working order.

Must have a driving record with no major moving violations in the past three (3) years and a clear criminal background check.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on company coffee, beverage and point-of-sale equipment
- Complete basic troubleshooting per training as required
- Update call records and communicate call issues to Equipment Service Manager
- Maintain company vehicle and parts/supplies in an organized manner
- Safely operate and use company vehicles and equipment
Qualifications:
- Completed technical school or 1+ years' experience in a technical/mechanical role preferred
- Proficient use of mobile devices for call management, work instructions and communication
- Able to communicate effectively with clients and peers
- Clear driving record with no major moving violations in the last 3 years
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime as required by call volume
