• Delivering physical therapy treatments in the convenience of patients' homes, whether in private residences or independent living facilities.
• Collaborating with a Licensed Physical Therapist to assess and treat patients effectively.

• Valid license in the state(s) of practice or proof of eligibility.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a working PT Assistant.
• Possession of a valid driver's license or access to reliable transportation for home visits.
