About Us: The T.E.A Center is a leadership institute that focus on developing the mindful leaders of tomorrow. We are currently seeking a dedicated Kids Athletic Coach to join our team and contribute to the physical and personal development of young athletes between the ages of 3- 11 years.

Responsibilities:
- Instruct and guide children in various athletic activities, promoting overall physical fitness.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate training sessions and drills.
- Create a positive and inclusive environment that encourages teamwork and sportsmanship.
- Organize and oversee age appropriate activities such as tumbling, obstacles courses, and events for kids.
- Ensure safety and enforce rules during athletic activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on children's progress.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in athletics with expertise in various sports.
- Coaching certification or relevant qualifications.
- Proven experience coaching children in athletics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and working with children .
Requirements:
- Availability during one afternoon between 4pm - 6pm and one day between 10 am - 4 pm for athletic programs.
- Commitment to creating a positive and inclusive environment for kids.
